Teach people of all shapes, ages and ability levels to practice and enjoy yoga
Welcome to Chilltown Yoga, my online yoga studio! I'm Lara Moon, the owner and founder, and I offer classes via Zoom that are a blend of such classical yoga styles as Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Let me guide you to move body and breath with care to comfortably embody yoga poses, avoid injury and meditate with ease.

I also offer instruction in Pranayama (Breathing Practices) and Meditation. Businesses, nonprofits, or private groups can contact me for in-person or virtual custom sessions.

I hold ERYT-500 and YACEP (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500-Hour and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) certifications.

Lara Moon

Yoga is for everyone, no exceptions. My motto is: Move, breathe, be. I focus on teaching how to practice yoga consistently, safely and with devotion to achieve physical well-being, emotional balance and personal transformation. I possess ERYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification in Ashtanga Yoga from Multi-Dimensional Yoga School NYC. I have studied Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series with David Swenson and David Williams. I am certified in Yin Yoga by Corina Benner, have studied Chakra Yoga with Anodea Judith, and Yoga of Awakening with Seane Corn. I am experienced in Hatha Yoga thanks to decades of practice at Integral Yoga NYC, and I learned meditation styles and methods through yoga and as a practicing Buddhist.
